I prepared a rule-based analysis and reporting flow for shipping cut-off delays and stock-out root causes. A Python production chain, daily bulletin and English customer reporting set were designed to work together.
The purpose was to review delay reasons through shared definitions and use the same reporting language in daily communication. The internal operating view and the customer view were kept distinct, while both followed the same reporting rules.
